Salary/Pay Rate/Compensation: $18/hr
Shift: Monday-Friday, 8am-5pm
Location: Remote (only candidates in CA will be considered, excluding specified cities)

What’s a typical day as a Member Agent? You’ll be:
• Answering telephone calls using an automated system and responding to general and moderately complex questions, or forwarding calls to appropriate personnel.
• Researching member or provider calls/inquiries and responding to appropriate parties in accordance with Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
• Recording calls in a Customer Relationship Management (CRM) ticketing solution, resolving customer requests/inquiries, and updating CRM history with results.

This job might be an outstanding fit if you:
• Have a High School diploma or equivalent and a minimum of one (1) year of customer service experience.
• Can submit a speed test via speedtest.net showing download speeds of at least 60mbps and upload speeds of at least 6mbps. Must have ethernet connection plugged directly into router (required)
• Are experienced in working with computer software, customer relationship management tools, and telephone technology.
