Work Environment\n

This role operates within a remote setting, focusing primarily on teletherapy while also integrating on-site visits in school environments. Our team operates under a flexible Monday to Friday schedule, from 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM, with occasional evening or weekend hours required based on client needs. Key Responsibilities\n

• Engage directly with assigned clients, delivering clinical assessments, diagnoses, and treatment plans tailored to individual needs.

• Implement effective therapeutic interventions to support clients experiencing major mental illnesses and severe emotional disorders both in-person and through telehealth.
\n
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to achieve shared goals, focusing on solutions-oriented approaches.

• Maintain professionalism by adhering to ethical guidelines and standards of practice established by our center.
\n
• Utilize organizational resources effectively, navigating both internal and external systems to enhance service delivery.

• Promote client empowerment and choice through individual and group therapy sessions, carefully crafting interventions that support positive behavioral change.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will be serving a diverse group of students and their families who face a variety of mental health challenges. This includes adolescents coping with anxiety, depression, trauma, and behavioral issues. Your expertise will not only assist in their immediate needs but will significantly contribute to their long-term mental health outcomes and academic success.

Qualifications\n

• A bachelor’s degree in social work or a related field is required.
\n
• Current licensure as a Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in the state of Pennsylvania.
\n
• Strong knowledge of assessment, diagnosis, treatment modalities, risk assessment, and crisis management.

• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills to effectively connect with clients, families, and colleagues.

• Solid organizational and planning skills, able to manage a caseload efficiently and ensure timely follow-ups.

Preferred Experience\n

• A minimum of 2 years of clinical experience working with children and adolescents is preferred.

• Experience in a school-based setting or familiarity with educational systems is highly desirable.

• Skilled in collaborative treatment approaches, integrating the perspectives of parents, teachers, and other community members in supporting clients.

Compensation and Benefits\n

• Annual salary range from USD 85,000 to 90,000, commensurate with experience.
