Emergency Room Registered Nurse (ER RN)

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Emergency Room Registered Nurse (ER RN) to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will provide high-quality patient care in a fast-paced emergency department environment.

Job Responsibilities:

• Deliver comprehensive nursing care to patients in the emergency department.
• Assess, plan, and implement patient care plans based on individual needs.
• Monitor patient conditions, document changes, and coordinate with healthcare team members.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by the attending physician.
• Provide patient education and support to families during high-stress situations.
• Ensure adherence to safety and quality standards in the emergency setting.

Schedule:

This position requires a commitment to weekend shifts, typically every other weekend. The shift options available are:

• Day 3x12-Hour (07:00 - 19:00)
• Night 3x12-Hour (19:00 - 07:00)

Patient Ratios:

The expected patient-to-nurse ratio is 1 registered nurse to 4 patients.

Qualifications:

• Current Registered Nurse (RN) license.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in an emergency room or critical care setting.
• Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a high-pressure, fast-paced environment.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
