Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments and screenings for clients to evaluate their mental health concerns, leading to the development of tailored treatment plans.

• Provide individual and group therapy sessions, applying evidence-based practices such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT).

• Collaborate with psychiatrists, psychologists, and case managers in a multidisciplinary team to ensure integrated and continuous client care.

• Monitor and document client progress in accordance with regulatory guidelines while maintaining confidentiality.

• Educate and engage clients’ families, providing them the tools and knowledge to support their loved ones through the recovery process.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

• A current and valid license as one of the following: \n

  • Doctor of Psychology (PsyD)

• A master's or doctoral degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or a closely related field.

• Demonstrated competence in mental health counseling through specialized training or significant practical experience.

• A solid understanding of evidence-based interventions for a variety of mental health disorders.

• Strong interpersonal skills with a proven ability to build rapport and motivate clients through their therapeutic journey.

Preferred Experience\n

Candidates with prior experience in a community health setting, as well as those who have worked with children and families, will have a distinct advantage. Familiarity with telehealth modalities and proficiency in using digital documentation tools will also be considered favorably.
