IT Service Desk Analyst

You’ll combine technical troubleshooting with strong communication and customer service skills to resolve issues, keep teams productive, and create a positive support experience. Pay Range: $24.00 - $28.00/ Hourly Work Authorization At this time, we do not offer employment visa sponsorship for this role. Candidates must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for current or future sponsorship. What you will do? Monitor and manage IT support tickets, ensuring issues are prioritized, documented, and resolved on time Troubleshoot hardware, software, and system issues for end users Provide support in person, remotely, by phone, or through chat Partner with IT teams to resolve more complex technical issues Communicate solutions clearly and help users understand how to resolve common issues Support employee onboarding, access changes, and account updates Set up and configure laptops, desktops, printers, scanners, and other equipment Stay current on software, hardware, and system updates Perform routine maintenance on company-issued equipment Maintain and update IT documentation and support resources What you bring to the table!
