Benefits This position is eligible for Health, Vision, Dental and 401(K) benefits. Pay $55,000-60,000 Responsibilities Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable. Perform bank and credit card reconciliations. Record journal entries and maintain the general ledger. Prepare monthly financial reports for clients. Process payroll and payroll tax filings as needed. Assist with month-end and year-end close. Communicate with clients to gather financial information and resolve accounting questions. Qualifications 2+ years of bookkeeping experience Experience with QuickBooks Online/Desktop (experience with other accounting software is a plus) Strong understanding of bookkeeping principles and financial reporting Proficiency in Microsoft Excel Excellent attention to detail, organization, and communication skills #J-18808-Ljbffr
