Trade Support Analyst

Job Location: Chicago, IL (3 days onsite & 2 days remote) Required Qualifications 5+ years of Production/Application Support experience within Capital Markets or Trading environments. Strong experience supporting Front Office trading applications. Experience working directly with traders and business users in a fast‑paced trading environment. Hands‑on experience with Order Management Systems (OMS). Strong understanding of trade lifecycle processes. Expert‑level SQL skills with experience using Oracle, MS SQL Server, or Sybase. Experience developing scripts and automation using Python, PowerShell, or Perl. Strong troubleshooting and incident management skills. Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities. Ability to perform under pressure and manage high‑priority production issues. Preferred Qualifications Experience supporting platforms such as Murex, Aladdin, FlexTrade, Spectrum, Fidessa, Charles River, or similar OMS/trading systems. Exposure to Fixed Income, Equities, Options, Derivatives, or other Capital Markets products. Basic development experience with Java, PCF, Azure, Microservices, or cloud‑based applications. Experience with monitoring tools, production support frameworks, and ITIL processes. Financial services or brokerage industry experience.
