Key Responsibilities\n

• Create and maintain accurate clinical documentation, including progress notes and treatment plans, in accordance with organizational policies and state regulations.

• Collaborate with healthcare team members to develop comprehensive treatment and discharge plans based on detailed psychosocial assessments and applicable therapeutic interventions.

• Engage actively with community resource groups, representing Mindful Therapy & Wellness at meetings and committees to address community needs and patient support.

• Facilitate psychoeducational workshops and support groups to enhance community awareness and engagement in mental health resources.

You will be working with a diverse clientele, including children, families, and older adults, who may be facing various challenges such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and substance use issues. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s Degree in Marriage and Family Therapy from an accredited institution.

• Active California licensure as a Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).

Compensation and Benefits\n
