Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct therapy sessions with individuals, couples, and families, providing support and guidance tailored to their unique needs.

• Develop comprehensive, personalized treatment plans after initial assessments to help clients achieve therapeutic goals effectively.

• Monitor client progress through regular evaluations, making adjustments to therapeutic interventions as needed to ensure ongoing improvement.

• Facilitate communication between clients and other healthcare providers, referring clients to community-based resources, such as support groups or specialized services, when necessary.

• Maintain accurate and confidential client records in compliance with HIPAA regulations and organizational policies.

The clients you will support often face various mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, relationship issues, and trauma. Qualifications\n

• A valid and active LMFT license in the state of California is required.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary of $110,000 to $130,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
