Key Responsibilities\n

• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of therapy sessions in compliance with organizational policies and medical record regulations, ensuring patient confidentiality is upheld at all times.

• Provide immediate crisis intervention services for patients experiencing acute psychological distress, utilizing evidence-based practices to stabilize their condition.

• Participate actively in in-service training sessions and clinician meetings to continuously elevate your skills and knowledge of evolving therapeutic methodologies and practices.

• Engage in delivering a variety of therapeutic interventions, including family therapy, individual sessions, psychological evaluations, and group therapy, tailored to the diverse needs of clients.

• Assess and diagnose mental and emotional disorders in individuals, formulating and administering personalized treatment plans that promote recovery and resilience.

• Complete training in bariatric psychological evaluations to better serve individuals undergoing weight-loss procedures and support their mental health needs.

• Contribute to periodic therapeutic retreats and activities designed to enhance the therapeutic experience for clients and foster a sense of community.

Qualifications\n
