We are currently hiring on behalf of our clients for the following position:
Position: Senior Tax Accountant
Location: Hamilton, OH
Employment Type: Full-Time
Experience: 2+
We’re hiring a Senior Tax Accountant to join a 100% employee-owned CPA firm offering strong mentorship, hybrid flexibility, manageable busy seasons, and opportunities to grow into tax advisory and leadership .
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and review individual and business tax returns .
- Handle Partnership, S Corp, and C Corp tax engagements.
- Assist with tax planning, research, and advisory initiatives.
- Manage assigned client engagements and maintain strong client relationships.
- Review work and provide guidance to junior accounting staff.
- Partner with managers and firm leadership on client needs.
Requirements
- 2–4 years of public accounting tax experience .
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or related field .
- Strong experience preparing business tax returns .
- CPA or EA license , or actively pursuing certification.
- Partnership, S Corp, or C Corp tax experience preferred.
- Tax planning/advisory experience preferred.
- Advanced Excel or QuickBooks Online experience preferred.
