Solar Sales Representative - Base Pay + Uncapped Commission

Mpower Solar is hiring motivated sales professionals to join our teams in the Bronx and Brooklyn.
No solar experience required. Compensation includes a guaranteed $500 weekly base pay, uncapped commissions, and a $500 monthly vehicle stipend. Successful representatives commonly earn six figures, with top performers earning $200,000+ annually.
We provide paid training, ongoing support, and a proven system to help you succeed!
Compensation
- $500/week base pay
- Uncapped commission ($250 per kW sold)
- $500/month vehicle stipend
- Performance bonuses and incentive trips
- On-target earnings: $145,000-$200,000+ annually
What You'll Do
- Generate leads through direct outreach and networking
- Meet with homeowners and conduct solar consultations
- Educate customers on solar savings and benefits
- Manage the sales process from prospecting to closing
- Achieve sales goals and performance targets
What We're Looking For
- Strong communication skills
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented
- Coachable and eager to learn
- Comfortable speaking with homeowners face-to-face
- Professional and dependable
Preferred Qualifications
- Sales or customer service experience
- Solar, home improvement, automotive, real estate, retail, or door-to-door sales experience
- Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle
