Answer customer calls and schedule sales appointments. Create a great first impression by responding quickly and professionally to customer inquiries. Respond to internet leads, phone calls, and live chat inquiries. Provide customers with initial product information and direct them to the appropriate dealership resources. Help customers find the right department, vehicle information, or team member to assist them. Follow up with potential buyers who are not ready to make an appointment. Follow up with customers who missed or no-showed appointments. Maintain consistent communication with customers throughout the sales process. Work closely with our sales and management teams to support dealership goals. Participate in team and process development sessions. Build positive relationships with teammates, sales teams, and dealership management. Use our CRM system daily to track customer interactions, appointments, and follow-up activity. Bring energy, positivity, and professionalism to every customer experience. Requirements Customer service experience preferred. Automotive knowledge is a plus, but we211 train the right person. Strong communication and computer skills. Comfortable speaking with customers by phone, email, text, and chat. Excellent teammate with a collaborative attitude and eagerness to improve. Team player mentality with a positive attitude. Motivated, dependable, and eager to grow. Prompt, courteous, and professional demeanor. Positive, hardworking personality.
