Help Desk Specialist
I'm partnering with a well-established, highly respected Boston-based professional services firm to hire a Help Desk Specialist for their internal IT team. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys being the go-to person for technical support and thrives in a polished, client-facing environment supporting attorneys and professional staff.
What You'll Be Doing:
- Troubleshooting hardware, software, and application issues through resolution
- Supporting Microsoft Office (2013/2016) environments
- Managing user accounts and IT assets
- Documenting tickets in a service management system
- Contributing to knowledgebase articles and user training
- Participating in a 24/7 on-call rotation
What They're Looking For:
- 3+ years of Help Desk / Desktop Support experience
- Strong troubleshooting and customer service skills
- Experience in a law firm or professional services environment is highly preferred
- Exposure to legal applications (iManage/FileSite a plus)
- Someone composed, professional, and comfortable supporting senior-level users
