Essential Duties & Responsibilities Under minimal supervision of Project Manager, assist with set up and oversee document control. Review deliverables prepared by team before submitting to client. Provide update/status reporting for work in progress including costs and schedules. Review of payment applications and lien releases. Maintain organization of contract schedules, owner invoices, and change order process. Managing close out documents and warranty requests. Schedule and facilitate meetings with stakeholders throughout various stages of the project. Other duties as assigned. Attendance at work during normal business hours. Knowledge & Skills Required Experience with contract schedule, owner invoices and the change order process. Ability to provide update and status reports for work in progress including cost and schedules. Experience with set-up and document control. Knowledge of payment applications and lien releases. Salary and Benefits The salary range for this full-time role is $75,000.00-$100,000.01 per year.
