Manager, Commercial AI & Advanced Analytics Location: Horsham, Pennsylvania, United States of America Responsibilities Develop, influence, and scale commercial AI capabilities that improve customer engagement, field effectiveness, and omnichannel execution across the franchise Lead day‑to‑day partnerships with sales leadership, brand teams, digital, customer engagement, technology, data science, and other commercial stakeholders to identify high‑value AI use cases and drive adoption Act as an internal commercial AI consultant, proactively translating business priorities into practical AI, machine learning, generative AI, and agentic solutions Drive the evolution of customer engagement capabilities, including next‑best actions, trigger‑based engagement, field‑facing AI assistants, generative AI workflows, and agent‑enabled orchestration across channels Partner with internal and external teams to ensure AI solutions are grounded in trusted data, approved content, appropriate governance, privacy, compliance, and measurable business outcomes Manage prioritization, roadmap planning, budget inputs, and delivery execution for commercial AI initiatives, balancing speed, value, risk, and scalability Develop clear stories, business cases, and performance readouts that help stakeholders understand how AI capabilities improve customer experience, field execution, and commercial performance Qualifications Education: Minimum of a Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, Operations Research, or Econometrics preferred Experience: At least 5 years of relevant business experience in marketing, finance, analytics, management consulting or related field; minimum 2 years of Pharmaceutical experience preferred Business Translation: Ability to translate business questions into AI‑enabled solutions (analytics, machine learning, generative AI, agentic workflows) and interpret outcomes into actionable insights Applied AI Knowledge: Understanding of model evaluation, measurement design, experimentation, optimization, responsible AI; working knowledge of machine learning, generative AI, large language models, agents, and their governance considerations Pharma Data Experience: Working knowledge of pharmaceutical data sources (IQVIA, Symphony Health, Truven/Optum) Customer Engagement: Experience building/enabling next‑best action, AI‑assisted field planning, trigger‑based recommendations, omnichannel orchestration, or digital engagement optimization Communication: Excellent written and presentation skills Project Management: Strong project management and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously Integration & Analysis: Ability to organize, integrate, and analyze large data sources and draw cohesive conclusions Influence & Collaboration: Ability to influence all levels of the organization and engage across business partners and functions Required Skills Advanced Analytics Compliance Management Critical Thinking Data Analysis Data Privacy Standards Data Quality Data Reporting Data Visualization Developing Others Digital Fluency Inclusive Leadership Leadership Proactive Behavior Resource Allocation Strategic Thinking Team Management Compensation and Benefits Salary range: $117,000 to $201,250 USD.
