This position is represented by L2150.Job ResponsibilitiesProvides administrative and clerical support for the business unitsActs as a general information resource personReview manager's E-Mail, prioritize, and respond when appropriateMaintain manager's and director's schedulesSchedule and arrange travel arrangements for work groupCreate and maintain files (i.e., safety training materials and manuals)Create and run reports (i.e., monthly lump sum reporting, RSST/SSCM overtime reporting, NMUC update report)Review and process invoices (Procard, end expense reports)General filing and distribution with Corporate Information ManagementMaintain and schedule meetings and conference rooms, arrange for catering and provide set-up assistanceOrder and maintain supplies (i.e., drafting and EDAM)Management and distribution of substation accessTracking overtime records using ARCOS and iScheduler or similar softwareTesting RequirementsBasic Clerical Aptitude test (BCAB): Ability to classify information according to preset rules; spelling and grammar; basic mathematics; filing and sorting information.Basic Data Entry (BDE): Entering data from paper copy onto fixed-formatted screens.Basic Keyboarding - Typing (BKEY): Speed and accuracy typing from paper copy. SPEED OF 41 WORDS PER MINUTE IS REQUIRED.Minimum Posting Range: $20.90 Maximum Posting Range: $34.83The pay range reflects the minimum and maximum for the position at the time of posting and may be modified in the future. The starting salary/pay within the pay range will be based on several factors, as applicable, but not limited to, relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, geographic location, shift, travel requirements, collective bargaining agreements, and business and organizational needs.
