Job Description Job Description Security Operations Supervisor – Tampa, FL Position Overview Hawque Protection Group (HPG) is seeking a Security Operations Supervisor to support operations across multiple client sites in the Tampa area. This is a field-based leadership role responsible for overseeing unarmed security personnel, ensuring site coverage, maintaining service quality, and supporting client needs. This position is part of HPG’s Florida market expansion , with a projected start timeline within the next 3–4 months . Key Responsibilities Supervise unarmed security personnel across multiple sites Ensure all shifts are covered and respond to call‑offs or coverage gaps Conduct site visits and audits to ensure post order compliance Review daily reports and incident documentation for accuracy Provide coaching, training, and performance feedback to staff Serve as a point of contact for client needs and site concerns Support compliance with Florida licensing and company standards Qualifications 3–5+ years of security, supervisory, or related experience Active Florida Class “D” Security License or ability to obtain prior to start Strong leadership, communication, and problem‑solving skills Reliable transportation and ability to travel between sites Ability to work flexible hours as needed Compensation $50,000 – $60,000 annually (Equivalent to approximately $22–$26/hour) Work Environment Field-based role with travel between client sites. Schedule may include evenings, weekends, and on‑call responsibilities based on operational needs.
