Summary:

Location: Newark, NJ
Work Mode: Onsite
Duration: 2 Years

Responsibilities:

Manage a wide variety of employee data updates, requests, and inquiries.
Provide excellent internal customer/client service experience.
Understand and apply HR policies/procedures.
Handle confidential employee information sensitively and compliantly.
Collaborate with HR Centers of Excellence on continuous improvement and best practices.
Develop and maintain usage reports.
Research and respond to questions through centralized systems.
Respond to managers and employees, providing HR process information and interpretation.
Document cases and assume or assign ownership of cases.
Administer enterprise HR programs and policy interpretation.
Maintain and manage employee data forms, records, and reports.
Perform Tier 1 HR operations and ensure timely case escalation.
Manage inquiries through various databases and channels.
Research and resolve complex inquiries/complaints and urgent exceptions.
Ensure compliance with document management processes.
Act as a change agent and educate on self-service tools.
Participate in continuous improvement workshops and projects.

Requirements:

BA/BS or 4 years of relevant professional work experience.
Ability to learn and apply HR practices, policies, and procedures.
Proficiency in various HR systems and data sources such as SAP/HR Module.
Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal skills.
Strong analytical, decision-making, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work collaboratively to resolve complex issues.
Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office, including Word and Excel.
Ability to work independently, manage competing priorities, and meet deadlines.
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
Flexible to change and a team player.
