About the Role: You will be the backbone of our order fulfillment process, focusing on accurate data entry and exceptional customer service. We are looking for a true team player—someone who operates with the company's best interests at heart, works with minimal supervision, and is always willing to lend a hand to colleagues or take on extra work during busy times.

What You'll Do:

• Accurately and efficiently process incoming customer orders.

• Act as a friendly, professional point of contact for customer inquiries, providing updates and resolving issues via phone and email.

• Navigate our database to track orders and ensure data integrity.

• Proactively collaborate with and support your fellow team members.

What We’re Looking For:

• Experience: Solid background in high-volume data/order entry and customer service.

• Tech-Savvy: Knowledge of Sage, SAP, or a similar ERP system is highly preferred.

• Communication: Great verbal and written communication skills; you can craft a clear email and speak warmly with customers.

• Work Ethic: Mature, reliable, and self-directed. You know what needs to get done and do it without being micromanaged.

• Attitude: Friendly and highly organized with a "company-first" mentality.

salary: $24 - $27 per hour

work hours: 8:45 AM - 5 PM

Responsibilities

• Order Processing: Accurately enter and process incoming customer orders into our database in a timely manner.

• Customer Support: Act as a friendly and professional point of contact for customers, handling inquiries, providing order updates, and resolving issues via phone and email.

• System Management: Utilize our ERP software to track orders, update account information, and ensure data integrity.

• Team Collaboration: Proactively offer assistance to colleagues and be willing to take on additional tasks or projects during peak times to support the team’s overall success.

• Record Keeping: Maintain highly organized digital files and logs of all customer interactions and transactions.
