Responsibilities Identify and develop new business opportunities through networking, referrals, and relationship building. Speak directly with business owners and referral partners to understand financing needs. Analyze financial information and evaluate potential transactions. Prepare credit and investment recommendations for senior leadership. Assist with structuring financing solutions tailored to client needs. Support transactions from initial opportunity through closing. Maintain and grow client relationships using CRM tools and proactive outreach. Collaborate on marketing initiatives, business development campaigns, and market research. Monitor market trends and identify new growth opportunities. Qualifications Bachelor's degree required. 2+ years of experience in commercial banking, finance, credit analysis, investment analysis, business development, or a related field. Required Skills Strong analytical and critical-thinking skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Comfortable building relationships and speaking with clients. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and CRM platforms. Highly organized with strong attention to detail. Self-starter with an entrepreneurial mindset and a desire to continuously learn.
