Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough psychosocial assessments, evaluating clients' mental health status, personal history, and support systems to inform treatment planning.

• Deliver individual, family, and group therapy sessions utilizing evidence-based modalities such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), solution-focused therapy, and trauma-informed care strategies, ensuring effective treatment for varying levels of mental health issues.

• Design and implement personalized treatment plans that address the specific goals and needs of each client, regularly reviewing and adjusting as necessary based on progress and feedback.

• Collaborate closely with psychiatrists, psychologists, and other clinical staff to provide comprehensive and coordinated care, ensuring that all aspects of the client’s health are addressed.

• Facilitate group therapy sessions that may encompass a variety of topics relevant to recovery, providing a safe space for clients to share experiences and gain support from peers.

• Manage crisis interventions and develop risk assessments, employing safety planning techniques to effectively address immediate concerns for clients in distress.

• Maintain detailed and accurate documentation of clinical interactions and treatment outcomes in accordance with ethical and legal standards, ensuring compliance with state regulations and insurance requirements.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your primary focus will be on clients at our detox center who are addressing substance use disorders alongside other mental health issues. The diverse client base varies in age, background, and presenting problems, requiring a flexible approach to therapy that acknowledges each individual's unique circumstances and needs.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited program.

• An active state license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) is mandatory.

• A minimum of two years of experience working in a mental health or outpatient setting, particularly in roles involving direct patient care.

• Strong knowledge of and experience with various evidence-based therapeutic interventions and treatment methodologies.

Compensation and Benefits\n
