Hillsdale Behavioral Health Center is seeking a dedicated and empathetic full-time Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) to join our remote team that supports individuals navigating the challenges of recovery at our detox center. Work Environment\n

This position offers a remote work arrangement, allowing you the flexibility to manage your schedule while providing critical support to clients. You will join a multidisciplinary team of professionals who collaborate virtually to ensure continuity of care. Your working hours will be from 8 AM to 5 PM, Monday through Friday, promoting work-life balance while meeting the needs of our clients.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments of clients' needs through intake interviews, utilizing tools and methodologies to gather relevant information.

• Create individualized treatment plans tailored to address the unique goals and challenges of each client.

• Implement and coordinate support services to assist clients in overcoming dependencies, ensuring a holistic approach to care.
\n
• Provide crisis intervention services via phone or video calls during scheduled sessions, fostering immediate support and relief.
\n
• Maintain accurate case documentation, report client progress, and carefully monitor treatment outcomes to ensure responsive adjustments to care strategies.

• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and external agencies to facilitate referrals and access to community resources that support recovery.

• Participate in regular case conferences, sharing insights and updates on client progress within the team setting.
\n
• Actively promote a culturally competent practice environment, being sensitive to the diverse backgrounds of clients.

• Engage in professional development opportunities to enhance clinical skills and stay current with best practices in social work.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Our client population primarily includes individuals with substance use disorders, as well as those affected by mental health issues, domestic violence, and child welfare concerns. You will work closely with these vulnerable populations, providing support through their recovery journeys and advocating for their needs within the mental health and social services systems.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work (MSW) from an accredited institution.

• A valid state license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).
\n
• Demonstrated clinical experience in social work, particularly within mental health and substance use contexts.

• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to demonstrate empathy and understanding.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The position offers a competitive annual salary ranging from USD 75,000 to 90,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications. Additional benefits include:
