Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough psychosocial assessments to fully understand clients' mental health concerns, strengths, and available resources, ensuring each assessment is adapted to the unique needs presented.

• Utilize evidence-based treatment modalities, such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), solution-focused therapy, and trauma-informed approaches in individual, family, and group therapy sessions.

• Develop, implement, and regularly update comprehensive, individualized treatment plans outlining goals and therapeutic interventions tailored to each client’s specific situation.

• Work alongside psychiatrists, psychologists, and multidisciplinary teams to ensure integrated and coordinated care for all clients, promoting comprehensive treatment strategies.

• Provide crisis intervention as necessary, conducting risk assessments and developing safety plans to protect clients in critical scenarios.
\n
• Maintain seamless communication with the treatment team, ensuring coordinated approaches in client care while actively participating in supervision and case management meetings.
\n
• Facilitate group therapy sessions and psychoeducation classes that foster additional support and learning for our clients, and conduct informative support groups to aid community building.

• Maintain accurate and timely documentation, adhering to ethical and legal standards in documenting client interactions and treatment progress.

Qualifications\n
