Work Environment\n

This position is fully remote, offering a flexible work environment that allows you to maintain a healthy work-life balance while providing essential services to those in need. You will work Monday through Friday from 9 AM to 6 PM, and you can enjoy the convenience of no evening or weekend shifts. Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive mental health assessments and develop treatment plans tailored to each client’s individual needs.

• Collaborate closely with a multidisciplinary team, ensuring seamless coordination of care and communication with primary care providers and other healthcare professionals.

• Utilize your expert knowledge of current local, state, and federal behavioral healthcare trends to guide treatment decisions and ensure compliance with relevant policies.

• Provide psychotherapy and crisis intervention, utilizing evidence-based practices to support clients in distress.

• Facilitate referrals for patients requiring inpatient care, specialty services, or medication-assisted treatment (MAT) as needed.

• Identify and screen for prescription drug abuse, illicit substance use, and alcohol abuse, providing appropriate counseling or referrals to external resources.

• Maintain thorough documentation of client interactions and treatment progress using electronic health record systems, ensuring up-to-date patient records for quality care delivery.

Qualifications\n
