Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough evaluations and assessments of children to determine developmental needs and monitor progress.

• Actively engage in the development and implementation of Individualized Family Service Plans (IFSPs), collaborating with parents and team members.
\n
• Regularly monitor and document outcomes to assess the effectiveness of interventions and ensure adherence to best practices.
\n
• Provide compassionate support and education to families, equipping them with strategies to promote their child's developmental milestones.
\n
• Adhere to all Federal and State regulations, while maintaining the highest standards of ethical practice and care.
\n
• Develop trusting relationships with children and their families, ensuring a comfortable environment that fosters developmental progress.

• Utilize evidence-based practices, and implement natural learning environment strategies during sessions.

• Maintain a coaching model during family interactions to encourage parental involvement in their child's growth.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Qualifications\n
