Key Responsibilities\n

The LCSW will have a variety of responsibilities aimed at delivering the best care for our clients:

• Participate actively in the creation and implementation of Individualized Family Service Plans (IFSPs) that reflect the unique needs and goals of each family.

• Monitor the effectiveness of strategies and interventions implemented, adjusting plans as needed to ensure optimal outcomes.

• Provide counseling and emotional support to families, equipping them with tools and strategies to enhance their child's developmental progress.

• Administer various evaluations and assessments, adhering to all federal and state regulations to maintain compliance and quality care.

• Develop rapport with children and families, fostering a trusting relationship that promotes a positive learning environment.

• Utilize evidence-based practices and Natural Learning Environment Practices to guide interventions and interactions.
\n
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive care, sharing insights and strategies that contribute to the child's developmental plan.

• Engage in continuous professional development and training opportunities to enhance skills and knowledge in early childhood intervention.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

This position primarily focuses on infants and toddlers requiring early intervention services. The LCSW will work closely with families from diverse backgrounds who may face various challenges, including economic barriers, social isolation, and cultural differences. Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
