Key Responsibilities\n

  Conduct comprehensive assessments and evaluations of clients to diagnose mental health conditions using appropriate tools, including the Diagnostic and Statistical Manual of Mental Disorders (DSM).

  Develop and implement individualized treatment plans that are sensitive to cultural diversity and tailored to the special needs of our patient population.

  Continually assess the progress of clients, monitoring the effectiveness of mental health strategies and making necessary adjustments to treatment plans.

  Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation, including treatment records and reports, using current technologies while adhering to all regulatory requirements.

  Facilitate collaborative treatment planning with clients, families, and interdisciplinary teams to address diverse mental health needs and desired outcomes.

  Coordinate and manage referrals to external services, acting as a liaison between clients and treatment providers to ensure holistic care.

  Engage in mentoring and educational activities for students, interns, and new staff, fostering a culture of continuous learning and professional development.

Qualifications\n

  Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.

  Active California State License as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).

Compensation and Benefits\n

The annual salary for this position ranges from USD 90,000 to USD 105,000, complemented by a robust benefits package including health, dental, and vision insurance, as well as a 401k plan with company matching.
