Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough evaluations to assess clients’ mental health diagnoses and develop individualized treatment plans tailored to their specific needs.

• Maintain detailed documentation, including initial assessments, ongoing treatment plan reviews, and case notes, adhering to company policies and regulations.
\n
• Deliver superb customer service by effectively collaborating with fellow therapists, case managers, medical professionals, and school staff to fulfill our community's mental health needs.
\n
• Utilize creative therapeutic interventions to empower clients in meeting and exceeding their personal goals, with a focus on evidence-based modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and Motivational Interviewing (MI).

• Manage a reasonable caseload by providing at least 25 client-facing visits per week, optimizing work-life balance while ensuring effective client care.
\n
• Engage actively in clinical staff meetings and ongoing training to remain abreast of best practices in mental health support.
\n
• Participate in community outreach efforts to build relationships and increase access to services for underserved populations.
\n
• Respond promptly to clinical communications from the Clinical Director, maintaining professionalism and accountability.
\n
• Facilitate direct clinical services to a diverse clientele, including individuals, couples, families, and groups, fostering an environment of growth and healing.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

This role will engage with individuals experiencing a broad range of mental health issues, including addiction, anxiety, depression, and trauma-related concerns. The diverse identities and backgrounds of our clients inform the therapeutic techniques used, ensuring a culturally competent approach in every interaction.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or a related mental health field is mandatory.

• Independently licensed as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) is required.

• Ability to establish professional boundaries with clients while demonstrating empathy and support.

• Familiarity with Office 365 and Electronic Health Records (EHR) systems to document and manage client information effectively.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary ranging from USD 120,000 to 130,000 per year for full-time employees.
