Key Responsibilities\n

  Conduct thorough assessments, diagnoses, and evaluations using established clinical tools such as the Diagnostic and Statistical Manual of Mental Disorders (DSM) to inform an individualized treatment plan that respects and incorporates cultural diversity and the unique needs of our patient population.

Qualifications\n

  A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited program.

  Ability to physically maneuver in the workplace as needed, capable of lifting up to twenty-five (25) pounds without assistance.

  A minimum of two (2) years of relevant clinical experience is required.

Preferred Experience\n

Experience with telehealth platforms and electronic health records (EHR) systems is highly desirable, as well as familiarity with evidence-based treatment methodologies. Experience mentoring less experienced clinicians is a plus.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary for this position ranges from $90,000 to $105,000 annually, complemented by a comprehensive benefits package that includes health, dental, vision, life insurance, a 401k with matching contributions, paid parental leave, and more.
