Key Responsibilities\n

• Provide individualized clinical social work services to students, processing emotional and social problems by employing proven psychotherapy techniques tailored to each client's needs.

• Conduct thorough assessments and formulate treatment plans, collaborating closely with parents and educators to monitor student progress and address any hurdles.

• Ensure that all interns and trainees under your supervision complete necessary documentation aligned with university and organizational requirements to facilitate their professional development.

• Facilitate training workshops focused on compliance with evolving federal, state, and county policies related to mental health services, ensuring your team stays informed and capable.

• Maintain accurate records for each intern, ensuring documentation meets all audit compliance and agency standards for quality assurance.
\n
• Participate in intern performance evaluations, supporting their growth through feedback and necessary corrective action, which includes your detailed documentation.
\n
• Cultivate cooperative relationships with school contacts and other clinical supervisors to discuss intern assignments, caseloads, and manage any arising concerns.

• Oversee performance monitoring and provide clinical consultation in crisis and non-crisis situations by phone or video consultations.
\n
• Ensure the clinical setting, including virtual interactions, remains professional and conducive by reporting maintenance or safety issues promptly.

• Engage in programmatic reports and data entry in our AWARDS electronic health record system to maintain operational effectiveness.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

This role primarily involves working with a diverse population of students across various age groups, from early childhood through adolescence, as well as engaging their families. The goal is to help these students navigate and manage emotional and social challenges, thereby improving their overall academic performance and personal development. You will also work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals to develop comprehensive care strategies that benefit the students and their families.

Qualifications\n

• Possession of a Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or a closely related field from a recognized academic institution.

• Must hold an active and independent California LCSW licensure, demonstrating your qualifications to provide therapy and clinical services.

• Proven ability to engage in telehealth services, requiring a reliable internet connection for effective client interaction.

• Current residency within the United States, ensuring compliance with local and state regulations.

Preferred Experience\n

• Experience working in school-based settings or with children and adolescents is highly desirable.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary range of USD 80,000 to 122,000 per year for this full-time position, reflecting your experience and skills.
