Responsibilities:

• Provide bedside care in a General Medicine Unit, managing a variety of disease processes involving respiratory, endocrine, cardiac, immune/infectious disease, and renal systems.

• Adhere to unit policies, including shift rotations and block scheduling.

• Ensure compliance with internal policies, including float and Epic experience requirements.

• Support patient care during night shifts, working 4x12-hour shifts.

• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to deliver quality care.
