Job Details:

Job Title: Pediatric Critical Care Float Pool Registered Nurse

Pay Range: 2216.52 - 2327.35

Schedule: 19:00 - 07:00 (D/N)

Contract Length: 13 weeks

Candidate Type: Traveler

Requirements: BLS; NRP; ACLS; PALS; 2 years PICU experience required; Dr Browns Infant Driven Feeding Cert required; must adhere to UVAs float policy; must have Epic experience; VA license pending.

Responsibilities:

• Float to various pediatric units including PICU, NICU, peds medsurg, peds PACU, peds ED boarders, and postpartum/mother-baby.
• Provide high-quality nursing care to pediatric patients on different units.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure patient safety and education.
• Maintain compliance with hospital policies and float pool requirements.
• Demonstrate ability to adapt to various pediatric care settings efficiently.
