We operate primarily during weekdays, with a core schedule from Monday to Friday, 9 AM to 4 PM. Flexibility in schedule may be required based on our patients' needs.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough clinical assessments, applying evidence-based practices and solution-focused interventions for individualized treatment plans.

• Deliver a variety of therapeutic interventions, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), to address diverse client needs.

• Maintain detailed and confidential clinical records, ensuring compliance with HIPAA and other relevant regulations.

• Engage collaboratively with a multidisciplinary treatment team, including psychiatrists and psychologists, to ensure a holistic approach to care.

• Participate in regular case consultations and peer review meetings to enhance service delivery and therapeutic outcomes.

• Provide education and support to patients and their families regarding mental health conditions, treatment options, and community resources.

Qualifications\n

• Master's degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Possession of an active license to practice as either a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in New York State.
