Email & SMS Marketing Manager (Klaviyo Lead)

Role Description

We are currently seeking an Email & SMS Marketing Manager & Klaviyo Specialist for a US-based company. This remote position allows you to contribute creatively while working from anywhere.

In this role, you will blend design expertise with a deep understanding of email marketing strategies to create engaging campaigns that drive customer engagement and retention. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to develop visually appealing and high-performing email communications using Klaviyo.

• Lead the strategy and execution of all email and SMS marketing campaigns.
• Build and optimize automated lifecycle flows (welcome series, abandoned cart, post-purchase, winback, etc.)
• Develop and maintain a high-level campaign calendar aligned with marketing and business goals.
• Analyze performance metrics (open rate, CTR, conversion, revenue) and continuously optimize campaigns.
• Ensure proper audience segmentation and targeting for personalized customer journeys.

Qualifications

• 2–4+ years of experience in email and/or lifecycle marketing.
• Strong hands-on experience with Klaviyo (flows, segmentation, reporting, A/B testing).
• Solid understanding of SMS marketing strategy and compliance best practices.
• Experience managing campaign calendars and coordinating cross-functional marketing efforts.
• Familiarity with eCommerce marketing is a plus.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with attention to detail.
