Role Description

OKTOBER is hiring a Dutch speaking Senior Retention Manager to join us. We're one of the fastest growing Shopify Retention Agencies in the space and brands love us.

• Own results and relationships for 4–5 high-value Shopify brands (5M+/year), handling the most complex strategic challenges.
• Develop advanced retention strategies and playbooks — writing your own copy and directing creative to make it bang.
• Mentor specialists on the team, contribute to process improvements, and represent OKTOBER in complex client negotiations.

Qualifications

• 4+ years hands-on Klaviyo experience with agency or 8-figure+ brand background.
• Expert-level retention strategy and full-funnel thinking — not just email metrics.
• A proven relationship builder who operates with strong business acumen and can mentor those around them.
