General Manager | Upscale Restaurant & Social Dining Concept

We are looking for an experienced General Manager to lead a growing, high-energy restaurant concept in Atlanta.

This is not a position for someone looking to simply manage shifts. We are looking for a strong operator and hospitality leader who understands how to build a team, drive revenue, control costs, create an exceptional guest experience, and take ownership of the overall performance of the restaurant.

Our concept combines upscale dining, cocktails, music, events, and a lively social atmosphere . The ideal candidate understands how to maintain elevated service standards while operating in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.

What You’ll Own

• Overall day-to-day restaurant operations and performance

• Leadership and development of the FOH management and service teams

• Recruiting, training, coaching, and retaining top hospitality talent

• Guest experience and consistent execution of service standards

• Sales growth, reservations, table utilization, average check, and repeat business

• Labor management, scheduling, productivity, and payroll control

• Daily and weekly review of sales, labor, costs, and operating results

• Understanding and managing restaurant P&L performance

• Collaboration with the Executive Chef and Bar leadership

• Large parties, VIP experiences, private events, and special programming

• Inventory controls, purchasing procedures, comps, voids, and controllable expenses

• Maintaining strong communication and accountability across all departments

• Ensuring compliance with health, alcohol, safety, and operational standards

• Providing ownership with clear reporting on performance, challenges, and opportunities

Who We’re Looking For

You are a visible, hands-on leader who prefers being on the floor during service rather than managing from an office.

You understand both hospitality and the business behind hospitality . You can read the room, motivate a team, recover an unhappy guest, analyze labor and sales, identify operational problems, and make decisions quickly.

Ideal candidates will have:

• 3–5+ years of restaurant management experience

• Previous GM or strong AGM experience

• Experience in upscale, high-volume restaurants

• Strong knowledge of restaurant financials, P&L, labor, and cost controls

• Proven experience building and developing FOH teams

• Strong understanding of reservations and maximizing restaurant capacity

• Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills

• Experience with nightlife, entertainment, events, or high-energy concepts is a major plus

• Availability to work evenings, weekends, holidays, and peak business periods
