Our new fine dining concept in Atlanta is looking for a General Manager . The successful candidate will bring leadership experience in upscale dining, a commitment to service excellence, and the ability to oversee all aspects of restaurant operations.

What are we seeking?

• 4 + years of dedicated leadership experience in a fine dining restaurant. (Fast-casual/casual background will not be considered)
• A true servant-leader mentality , committed to supporting and empowering their team.
• A proven track record of strong employee retention through positive leadership and effective team development.
• Exceptional guest relations skills , ensuring an elevated and memorable dining experience for every guest.
• A deep understanding of fine dining standards and service etiquette , including wine service, table management, and meticulous attention to detail.
• Strong operational acumen , including scheduling, inventory management, cost control, and maintaining impeccable cleanliness standards.
• Proficiency in training and developing FOH staff to consistently deliver a high level of service.
