Casual Restaurant General, Hospitality General Manager

With growth comes opportunity... We are seeking a tenured General Manager to join our team in the Atlanta, Georgia.

Our General Manager will be responsible for executing strategy and day-to-day operational excellence of the facility. Recruiting top talent, team building, establishing and evolving processes, practices, as well as ensuring the best quality food and service while delivering business profitability.

It is critical that the incoming General Manager be committed to support an employee-oriented, high-performance environment that emphasizes empowerment, quality, productivity and standards, goal attainment, fun, and the ongoing development of a superior workforce. Our General Manager must be able to rapidly create and scale processes to support the organization and to fit the timeline.

The General Manager will be responsible for :

• Growth and develop of teams
• Providing management and operational oversight
• Executing the Operations Playbook and ensure store level adherence to standards of Operational Excellence
• Driving revenue to meet monthly targets
• Ensuring all service lines are staffed to meet growth and service demand consistently
• Leading implementation of new processes and product offerings
• Ensuring R&M of the facility

The ideal General Manager profile :

• Experience as a Restaurant General Manager in Full-Service
• Must bring experience in oversight of multiple revenue streams, multiple service lines
• Entrepreneurial spirit with passion for surprising and delighting clients
• Creative problem-solving expertise
• Driven profitability through growing and supporting high performing teams
• Experience in membership sales is an asset
• Experience in opening or expanding new market locations
• A strong desire to be a contributing member of an entrepreneurial leadership team with the hands-on ability to work on the ground and in the trenches

Core Competencies must Include :

• Must pass background check prior to hire
• Multi-site restaurant management experience is a plus, along with leading venue openings
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate teams
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strategic thinker with results-driven mindset
• Flexibility and adaptability to meet the evolving needs of the business
• Passion for hospitality and commitment to delivering exceptional guest experiences
• Ability to exceed company sales and profit expectations while maintaining standards in all areas
• Ability and experience in leading teams to develop trusting relationships business partnerships through open and direct communications
• Proven history of meeting and/or exceeding monthly key performance indicator metrics all levels
• Skills to maintain budget controls on all operations activities
