Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and establish treatment plans that may include crisis intervention strategies, behavioral guidelines, and medication treatment plans tailored to individual client needs.

• Document all client interactions and treatment plans in a timely manner to comply with regulatory standards and organizational policies.

• Employ evidence-based screening tools as designated by the clinical team to accurately assess client needs and progress.

• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement effective positive behavior support strategies aligned with best practices.
\n
• Engage in continuous quality improvement processes, actively participating in accreditation and licensing reviews and audits.
\n
• Act as a liaison to various service systems, community partners, and state agencies, ensuring that clients have access to essential support services.
\n
• Maintain clear and open lines of communication with clients and colleagues to uphold contract standards and further our mission within the broader community.
\n
• Build and sustain partnerships with local, state, and federal organizations to promote our programs and secure funding and resources for future initiatives.
\n
• Pursue ongoing professional development by attending relevant conferences, workshops, and task forces in your area of expertise, representing the Agency in various professional circles.

• Promote and integrate the Clinic’s values, mission, and principles into all levels of your work.

• Carry out additional similar duties as assigned by the Clinic Director to support Clinic operations and client care.

As a mental health counselor with Inner Spark, you will work with a diverse population facing a range of challenges—from emotional distress and substance dependency to various developmental disabilities. Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
