Our growing employment law firm is seeking an experienced Employment Attorney to join our team. We represent employees in workplace disputes, including discrimination, harassment, wrongful termination, retaliation, and wage-and-hour claims.

What You'll Do

• Manage a caseload of employment litigation matters from intake through resolution
• Conduct client consultations and case evaluations
• Draft pleadings, motions, discovery requests, and settlement demands
• Represent clients in depositions, mediations, arbitrations, and court appearances
• Negotiate settlements and severance agreements
• Stay current on federal and state employment law developments

What We're Looking For

• J.D. and active bar admission in good standing
• 3+ years of experience practicing employment law (plaintiff-side experience preferred)
• Strong litigation and negotiation skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication
• Ability to manage a fast-paced caseload independently
• Genuine commitment to advocating for employee rights
