With our global reach, we ensure the global supply chain has access to the Flash memory it needs to keep our world moving forward.Job DescriptionEssential Duties and Responsibilities:1) Ownership of Business Management, Pricing and Planning functions for OEM customers Build account strategy/playbook/deal structure/LTA Lead overall pricing strategy and communicate pricing guidance and positioning to sales team/customers to drive deal closureWork cross-functionally to develop long term business models that enable strategic sourcing, fab planning and supply chain decisions years aheadCreate business forecasts based on supply situation, sales inputs, financials metrics, new product introduction and other considerationsWork closely with finance, business execution, sales ops team to track business risk, shipment linearity, fill rate and other operational metricsCollaborate with sales team and product team on competitive analysis, product roadmap and product strategy etc.2) Lead initiatives for new markets/businessesBring in market insights and work cross-functionally to develop actionable business plansIdentify unique business model to be successful in new markets.Develop customer/vertical level portfolio/pricing strategyQualificationsRequired:Bachelor’s degree in Technical, Marketing, Business Administration or other related field. Master/MBA preferred7+ years of experience in business marketing, operation, planning or strategy functions. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range and this range is only applicable for jobs to be performed in California, Colorado, New York or remote jobs that can be performed in California, Colorado and New York. This range may be modified in the future.You will be eligible to participate in Sandisk's Short-Term Incentive (STI) Plan, which provides incentive awards based on Company and individual performance.
