Key Responsibilities of the Accounts Payable Specialist

• Perform full-cycle accounts payable duties, including invoice entry, three-way matching, and payment processing.
• Reconcile vendor statements and handle payment-related inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
• Support disbursement runs (checks, ACH, electronic payments) while ensuring accuracy and compliance.
• Maintain organized, audit-ready documentation within ERP systems and internal records.
• Utilize Excel tools (pivot tables, VLOOKUPs) and 10-key skills to support accurate data entry and reporting.

Qualifications for the Accounts Payable Specialist

• 2+ years of hands-on accounts payable experience.
• Strong understanding of AP processes, including coding, batching, and payment workflows.
• Experience with (Workday, PeopleSoft, SAP, or similar) and strong Excel skills.
• High attention to detail with the ability to work efficiently in a high-volume environment.
