Job Description

Good Shepherd Village at Endwell is looking for an exceptional Receptionist to join our team!

Position Summary: Monday - Friday 9am - 5:30pm

Responsible for projecting a positive and professional image of the organization. Facilitate the flow of information to the staff.

Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities: Answering the telephone in a pleasant and professional manner, taking and relaying messages, and paging when necessary. Greeting and directing visitors. Helping to secure the safety of the facility by monitoring entrance doors. Sorting and distribution of incoming mail for staff and residents. Copier in staff workroom stocked; Resident sign-in/out logs; other. Working knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel. Learning, using, and understanding other computer software. Other accountabilities

Essential Job Requirements:

Education: High School diploma or GED required

License: N/A

Qualifications: Must be 18 years of age. Ability to read, write, and speak the English language
