Human Resources Generalist I

Job Title
This temp will should be knowledgeable about US Government I-9 Form and requirements of the regulations.
This temp needs to have computer skills, excellent Excel skills to be able to do Pivot Tables, VLookUps, a lot of data manipulation, look up information, review reports, etc.
They will also be dealing with employee personal private information (passports, Social Security Cards, Drivers Licenses, etc.) confidentiality is a must.
They will be working in our Fragomen Portal which houses our electronic I-9's in which audits would be conducted by them and the ability to get around and navigate the portal is required.
Great communication skills as they would be working directly with Managers, Employees & HR as needed on I-9's this communication could be through email or verbally.
