Human Resources Generalist

We're seeking an experienced HR Generalist to join a collaborative HR team on a contract basis. This is a hands‑on role supporting employee relations, day‑to‑day HR operations, and HRIS system implementation. Responsibilities Serve as a trusted HR resource for employees and managers. Manage employee relations matters, including performance support, conflict resolution, and policy guidance. Coordinate onboarding, offboarding, and other employee lifecycle activities. Support HR operations while ensuring compliance with company policies and employment practices. Assist with or lead HRIS implementation activities, including data validation, testing, system rollout, and user adoption. Partner with internal stakeholders and external vendors to ensure a successful HR technology implementation. Create process documentation, training materials, and system workflows. Provide post‑implementation support and troubleshoot HRIS‑related issues. Contribute to Learning & Development initiatives, including creating and delivering training content. Qualifications 4+ years of experience in an HR Generalist or similar HR Operations role. Hands‑on experience with HRIS platforms, including ADP and/or Paylocity . Experience supporting or participating in an HRIS implementation, migration, or system rollout. Strong employee relations and HR operations background. Excellent organizational, communication, and project management skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment. Experience working with cross‑functional teams, including HR, Finance, IT, and external vendors. Learning & Development or training experience is a plus. This is a hybrid position requiring regular onsite collaboration with occasional travel between local office locations in New Jersey. #J-18808-Ljbffr
