This role works closely with Project Managers and senior leadership to plan, organize, and control all elements of assigned projects from preconstruction through closeout. The ideal candidate is results-driven, highly organized, and comfortable working with clients, subcontractors, and internal teams in a fast-moving environment. Responsibilities: • Assist in managing commercial construction projects from start to finish • Support subcontractor bidding and buyout processes • Perform quantity takeoffs and assist with estimating • Review drawings, specifications, and construction documents • Coordinate project documentation, schedules, and reporting • Track budgets, change orders, and subcontractor performance • Communicate effectively with field teams and executive stakeholders • Help resolve project issues diplomatically and efficiently Qualifications: • 2–4 years of construction industry experience • 2–4 years as a Project Engineer or similar role • Bachelor’s Degree in Construction Management, Construction Engineering, or related field • Experience participating in subcontractor bid processes • Quantity takeoff and estimating experience • Strong ability to read and interpret blueprints, schedules, and specifications • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, MS Project, Outlook, Procore, and Bluebeam • Highly organized with strong analytical and problem-solving skills • Strong interpersonal and communication abilities • Ability to multitask and manage competing priorities • Team-oriented with confidence, ambition, and self-motivation This employer participates in E-Verify and will provide the federal government with your Form I-9 information to confirm work authorization in the U.S. Interested in hearing more?
