Proposal Manager

We are looking for a Proposal Manager to support a contract assignment. This role focuses on shaping high-quality proposal materials, coordinating response development, and ensuring final submissions are accurate, complete, and aligned with client requirements. The ideal candidate brings strong writing judgment, organization, and the ability to manage multiple proposal components under tight deadlines.Responsibilities:• Lead the preparation of proposal submissions from initial planning through final delivery, keeping timelines and priorities on track.• Develop compelling written content that reflects client needs, business objectives, and submission guidelines.• Coordinate input from contributors to assemble complete, consistent, and well-structured proposal responses.• Review and refine draft materials to improve clarity, tone, accuracy, and overall presentation quality.• Manage the finalization process by verifying formatting, completeness, and compliance before submission.• Organize proposal assets and source materials to support efficient content development across active assignments.
