Executive Household Assistant

Marte Singerman

Maintain cleanliness and organization of the household through daily housekeeping, laundry, linen care, and general upkeep of all living areas. Plan, prepare, and cook meals tailored to the family's dietary needs; handle grocery shopping, pantry management, and meal scheduling. Provide administrative and personal assistance to household members, including calendar coordination, appointment scheduling, reminders, and errands. Monitor the overall condition of the home and coordinate with external service providers for repairs, landscaping, maintenance, and vendor services. Manage inventory and procurement of household supplies, groceries, cleaning products, and personal items to ensure timely replenishment. Assist with event planning and execution, travel preparation and packing, and provide occasional transportation as needed. Uphold strict confidentiality and demonstrate discretion while handling sensitive personal or family matters.
