Accounts Payable/Accounts Receivable Rep I

Overview Accounts Payable & Accounts Receivable Representative (Contract) in a Fortune 500 corporate environment. Onsite in Saint Louis, MO. 3-month contract. Pay: $15-$17/hour. Entry-level role focused on data entry and invoice processing in a high-volume, automated environment. Key Responsibilities Perform data entry and invoice processing using automated systems. Process both PO and non-PO invoices , ensuring accuracy and timeliness. Maintain focus and efficiency to meet daily processing requirements . Support accounts payable and receivable functions, including reconciliation and payment tracking. Collaborate with internal teams to resolve discrepancies and maintain compliance with corporate standards. Assist with ad-hoc tasks and reporting as needed. Qualifications Strong data entry skills with high accuracy and attention to detail. Prior Accounts Payable/Receivable experience helpful but not required—training provided. Ability to focus on repetitive, high-volume tasks and meet productivity benchmarks. Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook) preferred. Strong organizational skills and ability to work independently in a fast-paced, large corporate environment.
